We want our employees to genuinely love their work and to do it with positive attitude. The excellent results of our annual satisfaction and engagement survey show that we are on the right track.

The results of the latest survey showed that employee satisfaction is extremely high, with an average score of 5.71 (on a scale of 1 to 7), and has increased compared to the previous satisfaction survey. The employees' sense of being successful at work, team relationships and working conditions were among the areas with the highest score.

We also regularly measure employee engagement. The average engagement score was 5.87 (on a scale of 1 to 7), indicating a high level of engagement among employees, which positively translates to increased company efficiency, lower absenteeism rates and lower likelihood of employees leaving the company, among other things.

According to the Net Promoter Score (NPS), the vast majority of employees would be happy to recommend Medis as an employer. Medis NPS for 2024 is a very high +61 (on a scale of -100 to +100).
